Customers may make payment by selecting one of the methods listed in the Booking Confirmation procedure, also known as “Booking”. Hơn Sơn Go Co., Ltd. will flexibly apply different payment methods depending on the shipping lines. The payment methodalso depend on the policies of the airlines as well as other factors related to the booking.
Customers may choose from the following Booking payment methods:
- By credit card (Visa/Mastercard) via the online payment gateway.
- Online payment via bank transfer to Hon Son Go’s bank account
- By cash (in person at Hon Son Go branches and Hon Son Go’s affiliated network, if applicable)
* All bank transfers to the Hon Son Go bank account are processed according to the bank’s operating hours. Hon Son Go will only confirm that a ticket has been paid for and issue the ticket upon receiving a confirmation notice from the paying bank.
In the event that shipping lines change the issuance deadline, we reserve the right to comply with the issuance deadline notified by the shipping lines. In such cases, we will notify you. If you do not agree with the new departure time, you have the right to cancel your booking. Failure to make payment by the new ticket issuance deadline will be deemed as consent to the cancellation of your booking.
For bookings paid by Visa/MasterCard, bank transfer or ATM card, we will only issue tickets upon receiving confirmation from the bank and financial partner.
Bookings and payments made outside our working hours will be processed on the next working day.

Bookings that are not paid for in full before the booking retention period expires as stipulated will be automatically cancelled.
Payment Terms
I. Payment via Visa / MasterCard through the Ngân Lượng payment gateway
We are connected to the Ngân Lượng payment gateway to accept online card payments. All card information is processed via the SSL protocol, ensuring data integrity and data security. The system ensures that no customer card details are stored.

II. Online Payment
Customers should select one of the linked banks within the Payment Gateway to make payment for their booking.
The system will verify the customer’s login details.
If the login details are correct (the details the customer provided when the card was issued), the system will send an OTP code to the customer’s mobile phone number as requested. The customer should enter the OTP code into the corresponding field and click “OK”.
The system will verify the OTP the Customer has just entered; if it matches correctly, the website will confirm that the payment procedure has been successful. Ifmatches for any reason, your booking payment request will be declined. Please select another payment method.
III. Bank transfer payment to Hòn Sơn Go’s bank account
CustomersCustomers may use the bank transfer method to make payment if this payment method is accepted in the booking confirmation. When paying by bank transfer, the customer will receive confirmation details from the bank regarding the transfer. This confirmation from the bank does not mean that we have received the funds, nor does it mean that the transport contract has been concluded.
Customers must notify Hòn Sơn Go after the transfer has been successfully completed via the hotline 0938.219.022; a representative will then verify the payment statusto issue the ticket once the payment status has been recorded in Hòn Sơn Go’s account and send an email using the customer details provided on the website.

IV. Cash Payment
Customers are kindly requested to visit the Hòn Sơn Go Office/Representative to make a direct cash payment for bookings made via the hotline or on the website.
TICKET CHANGE / CANCELLATION TERMS:
To change a ticket, customers should use the email address to the email address: booking.honsongo@gmail.com and contact the customer service representative (Tel. 0938.219.022) to request a refund. Customers may bring their own identification documents (the person named on the ticket or the person name on the payment receipt) to the ticket office in person to request a refund. The ticket price will be refunded to you (after deducting the ) within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on Hòn Sơn Go’s procedures. The refund amount will be processed on a case-by-case basis (cash or bank transfer) for you. VOID (cancellation) of tickets on the day of ticket issuance and after online payment, customers should use the email address used for booking to send an email to: booking.honsongo@gmail.com and contact the customer service representative (Tel. 0938.219.022) at Hòn Sơn Go to request a cancellation on the day of travel (subject to each airline’s regulations). The ticket fare will be refunded to you (after deducting a service fee) within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on Hòn Sơn Go’s procedures. The refund amount will be processed on a case-by-case basis (cash or bank transfer) for customers in accordance with the applicable rates.
Customers may use the refund/cancellation amount from this booking to pay for their next booking.
To change a booking, customers should use the email address used for the original booking and send it to: booking.honsongo@gmail.com and contact the customer service representative (Tel. 0938.219.022) to request a ticket change. Customers may bring their own identification documents (the person named on the ticket or the person named onthe payment receipt) to the ticket office in person to request a change of ticket.
Cancelling a Booking before the ticket is issued
Customers may cancel bookings during the ticket purchase period, before the ticket has been issued, by contacting a consultant during office hours. Cancelling a booking before the ticket is issued will incur no cancellation fee.
The airline may cancel bookings within the booking period, before tickets are issued, for certain reasons on the part of the airline or in cases of force majeure. If this occurs, the travel agent will contact you immediately and notify theduring working hours. Contact will be made by telephone or email. In such cases, the Customer has the right to create a new Bookingour system. We cannot guarantee that the terms of the new Booking will be the same as those of the cancelled Booking.
